PEOPLE & CULTURE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a People and Culture Specialist who will report directly to the AVP People & Culture and will be responsible for managing and developing key HR processes across the organization Key Responsibilities Employer Branding : design and manage external initiatives and events; actively participate in and contribute to dedicated projects and activities; develop and maintain partnership with school, institutions, and universities to strengthen the employer brand Talent acquisition: manage and coordinate recruitment processes; identify and assess potential candidates; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Performance Management: develop and implement performance management systems; conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to employees; ensure alignment with company goals and objectives Training & Development: design and deliver training programs for employees; identify learning needs and develop solutions; ensure employee engagement and development Culture Building: foster a positive work culture; promote diversity, equity, and inclusion; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Communication: maintain open communication channels; provide regular updates to stakeholders; ensure transparency and clarity in all HR-related matters
