People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) Part-Time

Merch my Day is more than just merchandise – we create brands. As a young, growing company focused on high-quality brand merchandise for artists, companies, and personalities, we combine creative visions with smart e-commerce. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) in part-time for Berlin, who will actively shape and develop our employees and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Support in the implementation of the HR strategy, from recruiting to onboarding to talent development
• Implementation and further development of HR processes, guidelines, and systems for a growing company
• Operational execution and management of internal personnel administration processes in close cooperation with the Finance department
• Building and maintaining a modern, positive company culture that engages and retains employees
• Consultation and support of managers in HR matters, employee discussions, and conflict resolution
• Support in planning and conducting personnel development measures, workshops, and training
• Analysis of HR key figures and derivation of measures to optimize employee satisfaction and performance

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in HR, ideally in personnel administration
• Sound knowledge of labor law, recruiting, administration, and personnel development
• Experience with HR software and digital tools
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment in building structures in a growing company
