People & Culture Manager (m/f/d), from Junior level

The Hälsa House in Bremerhaven combines five areas related to health, fitness, and well-being under one roof: MOV3 Health Studio, Shala, Orthopädie Lutz Neumann, Physio 8°, and hejmark. For all these areas, we are looking for a People & Culture Manager to lead and further develop the HR department with us.
The position is the central HR role in the house. You will advise management, be the first point of contact for all employees, and work closely with accounting, the tax office, and external partners. You will grow into topics you are not yet familiar with with us.

Tasks

• Recruiting and personnel marketing for all areas, from job posting to contract offer
• Onboarding and offboarding as well as the support of our HR and recruiting tools
• Preparatory payroll processing together with our accounting department and the tax office
• Contracts, certificates, and personnel files, plus labor law issues
• Time tracking, vacation, and absences
• Occupational health care, occupational safety, and annual mandatory training
• Personnel development and further training opportunities for our teams
• Advising managers and formats that strengthen teamwork in the house

Qualifications

• Initial experience in HR, for example from training, studies, internship, or working student job
• Interest in labor law and preparatory payroll accounting; experience with Personio a plus
• Self-directed, structured, and pragmatic way of working, you see things through to completion
• Empathy, commitment, and trustworthy handling of sensitive information
• Clear communication at eye level, from temporary staff to management
