The mission of our client: Bringing AI to the mid-market - because they're building meinGPT, the central all-in-one platform that makes AI accessible to everyone. The main challenge: Designing KI-Tools so intuitively that anyone can use them – and focusing on making people actually effectively use AI.

Our client was founded about 9 years ago as a youth research project. Today, they are 32 people and have meinGPT in the scaling phase.

With their innovative approach, they've already convinced well-known brands like ZDF Studios, Gerolsteiner or Bavaria Filmstudios!

Aufgaben

• You source independently the best talents on LinkedIn and other channels for Product, Engineering, AI Success, Marketing, and Sales.
• You accompany the entire interview process and convince top talents that SelectCode is the right place for them.
• You build structured onboarding processes that scale: New team members should be able to work productively from day one, feel well integrated, and quickly grow beyond themselves.
• You think strategically about which skills we need in which teams? How can we become more efficient through smart tools and processes?
• You conduct feedback conversations and ensure our talents continue to develop.
• You strengthen our culture – witty, energetic, authentic –, organize team events or bring in other ideas.
• You take care of the basics – vacation requests, preliminary salary calculations, etc. – but we automate that step by step away. That's and remains a minimal part of your work.

Qualifikation

• You have already built sub-teams (e.g., 1 → 5 people in an area) and know what it takes to make onboarding and scaling work.
• You have managed end-to-end recruiting processes – not just coordinated, but really managed and conducted interviews.
• You quickly adapt to new situations and organize yourself well even with changing priorities.
• You have a sense for which people fit us – both professionally and personally – and can inspire them for our vision.
• You work AI-first: You use ChatGPT & Co. sensibly and reflect on your daily work, having already implemented use cases and always looking for optimization potential.
• You communicate fluently and clearly in German and English.

Target experience: 3-5 years of relevant HR experience – but if you have the above things and want to take responsibility, that counts more than the number of years.
