Your Role

As People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing, structured, and future-proof people organization.

You will shape all central HR topics along the entire employee lifecycle and develop them strategically. This is not just about operational implementation but also about building scalable structures that enable our growth in the long term.

You will work closely with the management team and senior leaders to create frameworks that allow for responsibility, performance, and long-term development.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle from recruiting to development to offboarding
• BUILDING AND CONTINUOUSLY OPTIMIZING STRUCTURED RECRUITING PROCESSES INCLUDING CLEAR ROLE PROFILES AND SELECTION STANDARDS
• INTRODUCTION AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF A BINDING PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT APPROACH WITH CLEAR GOAL SYSTEMS AND FEEDBACK STRUCTURES
• SPOKESPERSON FOR SENIOR LEADERS IN DEFINING GOALS, ROLE ARCHITECTURE, TEAM STRUCTURE, AND LEADERSHIP THEMES
• FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPARENT COMPENSATION STRUCTURES INCLUDING SALARY BANDS AND BONUS LOGICS
• BUILDING A DATA-BASED HR STEERING WITH RELEVANT PEOPLE KPIs AND HEADCOUNT PLANNING
• CONCEPTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EFFICIENT HR PROCESSES IN PERSONIO
• IMPLEMENTATION OF EXIT INTERVIEWS AND DERIVATION OF STRATEGIC MEASURES FOR ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Qualification

• MULTI-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN A GENERALIST PEOPLE ROLE WITH CLEAR RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
• EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING OR PROFESSIONALIZING HR STRUCTURES IN A GROWING COMPANY
• OUTSTANDING ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING AND UNDERSTANDING OF ECONOMIC INTERDEPENDENCIES
• ABILITY TO CONSTRUCTIVELY CHALLENGE SENIOR LEADERS AND BUILD TRUST-BASED PARTNERSHIPS
• STRUCTURED, PRACTICAL, AND SOLUTION-ORIENTED WORK STYLE
• VERY GOOD GERMAN AND ENGLISH SKILLS
• EXPERIENCE WITH PERSONIO IS A PLUS
