People & Culture Manager (m/w/d)

As People & Culture Manager (m/w/d), you are part of our People & Culture Team and support both in operational HR topics as well as in Recruiting. You work closely with our departments and management teams together and actively contribute to shaping our HR processes modern and efficient.

The position is initially designed for approximately 30 hours per week – with the possibility of expanding working hours and responsibility scope.

Your tasks at a glance:

• You support throughout the Employee Lifecycle – from Onboarding to Offboarding
• You take over administrative and organizational tasks in operational HR daily business
• You create contracts, certificates, and maintain employee and applicant data in Personio
• You accompany Recruiting processes from job posting to interview coordination
• You identify suitable talents through various recruiting and sourcing channels
• You work closely with our departments together to optimally fill personnel needs
• You support the further development and optimization of our HR and Recruiting processes
• You bring your own ideas and want to take on more responsibility step by step

Knowledge

• You have already gained first practical experience in the HR field – ideally both in Recruiting and operational personnel management
• You work structured, reliable, and independently
• You have a confident demeanor and strong communicative skills
• You bring a high level of empathy, organizational skill, and service orientation
• You are interested in modern HR processes, recruiting trends, and digital tools
• First experiences with Personio or similar HR systems are advantageous
• You have the desire to further develop yourself long-term and take on responsibility
• You are a team player and enjoy bringing things forward together
