People & Culture Manager (m/w/d) - Part-time

Home and Co is one of the leading platforms for Student Housing and modern living in Europe. We manage over 3,000 beds in Germany and Spain with a clear focus on quality, operational excellence, and continuous strategic growth.

To further strengthen our HR structure, we are looking for a qualified part-time employee in the People & Culture department.

Tasks

• Independent management of the entire Employee Life Cycle from recruiting to offboarding

• Steering operational HR processes including contract law, personnel records, and compliance

• Support with salary adjustments, bonus processes, and preliminary payroll work

• Contact person for employees and executives on labor law and organizational topics

• Coordination of the recruiting process including term management, interview organization, and offer preparation

• Building and further development of HR structures such as onboarding, performance frameworks, and internal guidelines

• Creation of HR evaluations, reports, and document templates

• Close cooperation with Operations, Finance, and the management board

Qualification

• Completed commercial education or degree with a focus on HR

• Professional experience in personnel management, ideally in dynamic, growing organizations

• In-depth knowledge of German labor law and HR administrative processes

• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style

• Familiarity with digital tools and HR software

• Strong communication skills in German and English

• Discretion, professionalism, and high service orientation
