Responsibilities

• Independent organization of recruiting and application management
• Support and organization of our onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administration of employee data and personnel files as well as creation and management of contracts, certificates, and other personnel documents
• Support with employee discussions and personnel development measures
• Project management in the HR area, such as university recruiting or internal training offers
• Organization of internal events such as summer and Christmas parties
• Compliance with and implementation of data protection guidelines
• Further development and optimization of our HR processes
• An open ear for the concerns of your colleagues

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, degree or experience in HR/Personnel
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the HR field
• Current knowledge of labor law and data protection
• Empathy and a high level of social competence
• Structured, careful and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and organizational talent
• Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ideally, experience with the HR tool Personio
