This is what's to be done:

• Mentorship and consulting for employees & executives in all HR matters
• HR Management: You manage the entire Employee Life Cycle. This means: administration, cultural work, and operational HR processes are in your hands
• Responsibility for payroll & personnel data maintenance in collaboration with our tax consultant
• Guidance of recruiting & employer branding through Personio together with the departments
• Initiation and implementation of HR projects: digitalization and process optimization, where AI is no foreign word to you
• Ensuring labor-, social insurance- and data protection regulations as well as occupational health and safety

Qualification

In addition to your passion for personnel matters, the following distinguishes you:

• Multiple years of experience (min. 5 years) as an HR generalist or HR business partner
• Counseling competence and a solution-oriented working style
• Solid knowledge in labor and social insurance law
• Ideal experience with the HRIS system Personio
• Motivation to regularly visit our beautiful office in Offenburg
