People & Culture Manager (m/w/d)
Job description
We are an ambitious team of 100 Consultants and Engineers in Germany, Portugal, and the UK. In Munich, around 50 colleagues sit and we're looking for someone who will make our location their favorite workplace.
You are the first point of contact when something is amiss. You know the names of all colleagues, know who's currently working on a challenging project, and ensure that the team feels seen, supported, and well taken care of. Counseling can be exhausting. You're the reason why people still want to come to the office.
Tasks
- You are close to the team: You know who's having a tough time. You listen, help, organize, and catch up. If someone has a problem, you're the first person they tell.
- You lead the office: So that 50 people can work productively and happily in the office.
- You make team events: ~12 per year from summer festival to spontaneous pizza evening. Organization, communication, execution. Your stage.
- You keep admin tidy: Send contracts & file, prepare payroll (externally handled), onboard new colleagues. You keep us compliant: Health & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Fire Safety.
Qualification
- Completed university degree, focus on P&C desirable
- 1+ years of experience in People & Culture, HR-Admin, Office Management or a comparable role in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- You are warm-hearted, open-minded, like people, and they like you
- You take real responsibility: What lands on your desk gets done.
- Safe and reliable
- You get to work and don't wait for instructions, you see what needs to be done
- Fluent language skills (at least C1) in German & English
