Job description

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager (d/m/w) to take on a central role in our People Team and shape a modern, employee-centric experience. You bring already experience in the HR/People & Culture field, maybe even in an agency context (advertising/creative agency), work independently and enjoy developing people and processes alike.

Aufgaben

  • You will work closely with the responsible Head of People & Culture on a daily basis – both strategically and operationally. We value thinking through topics together, sharing responsibility, and actively developing existing structures and processes. For this, we are looking for someone who brings their own ideas, starts things proactively, and has a long-term commitment.
  • Point of contact for employees and executives in personnel-related and organizational matters
  • Independent steering and coordination of recruitment management processes along the entire candidate journey
  • Responsibility for the operational implementation and further development of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Responsibility for administrative HR processes, maintaining relevant personal data, and creating reports and evaluations
  • Participation in measures and formats in the areas of personnel development, feedback, and training culture
  • Support and implementation of initiatives around diversity, inclusion, and a respectful work environment
  • Participation in cross-departmental HR projects

Qualifikation

  • Multiple years of professional experience in the field of People & Culture / Human Resources, ideally in an agency, creative context or dynamic corporate environment
  • A high level of trustworthiness and a sensitive and professional handling of confidential information
  • Safe handling of administrative HR processes and very good organizational understanding
  • Safe handling of common digital tools and HR systems (e.g. Personio)
  • Pleasure in working with people, empathetic, connecting, and professional demeanor
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive work style with a high level of self-responsibility
  • Interest in developing processes and bringing own ideas
  • Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
