The Facts.

• Start: 15.10.
• Salary: €40,000-50,000 gross per year
• Work Location: Office on the Spree (Schlesische Str. 26, 10997 Berlin)
• Home office possibilities
• Working Hours: Full-time (40h/w) and flexible working hours (latest start at 9:30 AM)

What You Will Do.

Together with me, Daniel (People Lead) and my colleague Justus (Junior HRBP), you will shape the new structures of our People Department. Your initial focus will be on the growth of our Sales Team and strong onboarding.

• End-to-end recruiting with a focus on sales positions (Pre-Sales & Sales Manager, supporting other roles)
• Active sourcing as the first core task: targeted direct approach via LinkedIn Recruiter & other channels
• Exploration of modern recruiting campaigns (social media & funnels)
• Recruiting Ops in Personio: clean process, clear figures, reliable reporting
• Depending on capacity: support with other people topics

What You Should Bring.

To be completely honest: If you're eager to build a People Department in a startup and want to grow into other People areas in the long term, and I don't have to explain to you how to send InMails on LinkedIn that people actually respond to, then I definitely want to get to know you!

• You are proactive and think for yourself, bringing new ideas and suggestions for improvement
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and common sourcing tools
• Fluent German (our company language), good English is a plus
