The Facts.

• Start: January/February 2027
• Salary: €40,000-€50,000 gross per year
• Work location: Office on the Spree (Schlesische Str. 26, 10997 Berlin)
• Home office opportunities
• Working hours: Full-time (40h/w) and flexible working hours (latest start at 9:30 AM)

What You Will Do.

Together with me, Daniel (People Lead), and my colleague, you will shape the new structures of our People Department. Your initial focus will be on recruiting for various roles and strong onboarding.

• End-to-end recruiting
• Active sourcing: targeted direct outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter & other channels
• Exploring modern recruiting campaigns (social media & funnels)
• Recruiting operations in Personio: clean process, clear data, reliable reporting
• Monthly check-ins with various managers on KPIs and HR topics
• Contact person for employees on individual HR matters
• Responding to letters (if we still receive any)

What You Should Bring.

I'll be completely honest: If you're up for a startup and want to help build a People Department from scratch, want to grow into other People areas in the future, and bring drive and initiative, then I definitely want to meet you!

• You are proactive, think for yourself, and come up with new ideas and suggestions for improvement
• Min. 1 year of experience in recruiting/HR/People & Culture in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Initial experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Fluent German (our company language), good English is a plus
