People & Culture Manager / HR Generalist (m/w/d)

Your Mission with Us

As the central hub in our People Team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while we change the digital world.

Your tasks are multifaceted and international:
Payroll Management: You are responsible for preparing salary statements and are the reliable interface for all administrative processes.
Contract Management: From creation to management – you have our employment contracts and related documentation firmly in hand.
Support & Consulting: You are the first point of contact for our employees on all questions regarding payroll and HR topics.
Recruiting & Growth: You find and recruit new talents that fit into our "band" and accompany them on their journey to us.
International Collaboration: As we grow across Europe, you coordinate collaboration with accountants from various countries and ensure cross-border compliance.

HR Expertise: You have extensive experience in personnel administration and recruiting, ideally in a dynamic digital environment.
Structure & Precision: Numbers and contracts are in good hands with you – you work conscientiously and reliably.
Communication Strength: You're a people person and can explain complex HR topics clearly.
International Mindset: Collaborating with European partners is your thing; you communicate confidently in German and English.
Value Orientation: You identify with our values and are eager to actively develop our culture.
