People & Culture Generalist (m/f/d)

Logistikbude is a B2B software company from Dortmund – and we solve a problem that makes most supply chains slow and expensive: lost load carriers. Our software creates transparency, reduces shrinkage, and makes costly new purchases largely unnecessary. Customers like Nagel-Group, DACHSER, and TEDi see the results – in their balance sheets and their CO₂ footprint.

Tasks

• Recruiting: You manage the recruiting process from job posting through sourcing and interviews to the contract offer.

• Candidate Experience: You ensure appreciative communication with applicants and strengthen our employer brand.

• Onboarding: You accompany new colleagues from the contract signing to the end of their introductory period.

• People Operations: You take care of personnel administration, contracts, joiners and leavers, and maintain our HR systems.

• Culture: You organize team events and feedback sessions and contribute to preserving our culture as we grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personnel Management: You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in recruiting and People Operations. You come from a tech or startup environment.

• HR Fundamentals: You are familiar with personnel administration and independently manage HR processes.

• Strong Communication Skills: You communicate empathetically and confidently, finding the right tone for different target groups, from applicants to colleagues to management.

• Reliability & Initiative: You work in an organized manner and handle sensitive data confidentially. You always work independently and contribute your own ideas.

• Language Skills: You communicate fluently in German and English – both written and spoken.
