Job description
2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role. University degree. Practical knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices. Excellent command of English (C1 level). Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience working with HR systems (HRM/HRIS) and an interest in data management. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team-oriented approach. Proactive at all times, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
