People & Culture Director

About the role We are seeking a seasoned People & Culture Director to join CAP's Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO and leading our people and culture function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organisational strategy, strengthening culture, and driving people initiatives that enable the achievement of our vision of Ending Money Chaos in Aotearoa. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong end-to-end HR expertise, including recruitment, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and change management. You will also have a deep understanding of organisational design, culture transformation, and stakeholder management.
