People & Culture Coordinator Are you passionate about people, culture, and making workplaces great? About the role As our People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll get exposure to the full HR lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to wellbeing, engagement, and day‑to‑day People & Culture operations. You’ll build practical skills and see first-hand how great HR can make a real difference. What you’ll do: • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to support the growth and development of the organization. • Provide HR support to the management team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR and People & Culture. What we’re looking for: • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
