Job description
We are looking for our international client: People Cost & Planning Specialist
Responsibilities
- Payroll calculation and incidents
- Staff cost: Design, execute, and optimize costing processes for positions and structures for multiple regions.
- Financial Forecast & Analytics: Projection, control, and variance analysis of HR financial information (actual payroll cost, provisions, bonuses, annual increases, and impact of additional compensation).
What profile are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in payroll and Human Resources finance.
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in position costing, payroll financial projections, provisions, and general understanding of fiscal/tax variables of compensation.
- Languages: Advanced English
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience in data management through ERPs.
