Job description

Role overview: The People Business Partner plays a key role in supporting the HR team and business leaders to deliver effective people strategies that drive organizational success. This role acts as a trusted advisor to managers, ensuring HR policies and processes are consistently applied while promoting a positive workplace culture. The People Business Partner contributes to talent acquisition, workforce and succession planning, employee engagement, and learning and development initiatives. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing effective people strategies that align with business objectives; • Collaborating with HR team members to ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes; • Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters; • Analyzing data and metrics to inform people strategy decisions; • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and employees; • Identifying and addressing potential talent gaps and succession planning needs; • Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives; • Designing and delivering learning and development programs; • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
