People and Culture Analyst

Job Description Reporting to the Reward Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the wider People and Culture team through high-quality reporting, analytics and remuneration support. Around half of this role will focus on people analysis, reporting and insights, with the other key focus being hands-on involvement in cyclical remuneration reviews, reward activities, benefits support and HR data processes. You'll help turn people data into meaningful insights and support the smooth delivery of these initiatives. This will involve working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Your analytical skills will be essential in providing insightful reports and recommendations that inform strategic decisions. In addition, you'll have hands-on involvement in cyclical remuneration reviews, reward activities, benefits support and HR data processes. You'll also provide expert advice on reward and recognition strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
