Keywords is trusted and relied upon by many of the biggest names in the games industry, and we are constantly looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for a People Advisor to join our growing People team. Reporting to the People Manager, you will be a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on a variety of HR matters. You will partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide proactive solutions to support their teams. The People Advisor will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including: * Providing first-line support to employees on a variety of HR-related queries, including policies, procedures, and benefits. * Supporting the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. * Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees. * Managing employee data and ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date. * Supporting the performance management process, including providing guidance to managers and employees on performance reviews. * Assisting with employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions. * Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and provide proactive HR solutions. * Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. * Supporting HR projects and initiatives, as needed. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. * Proven experience in a generalist HR role. * Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Experience with HRIS systems. **Benefits** * Join a global, fast-growing company, with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development. * Work with a team of passionate and dedicated people. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Be part of a company that is making a real difference in the games industry.
