Pentravel, a division of Cullinan Holdings, a leading leisure, travel & tourism company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join their team in Port Elizabeth. As a Pentravel Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and expert advice to travelers, creating bespoke travel itineraries, and booking all components of their trips. You'll also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for travel and customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Providing exceptional service and expert advice to travelers, creating bespoke travel itineraries, and booking all components of their trips. • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the business. • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales performance. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients. • Building strong relationships with clients through personalized service and attention to detail. • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and share best practices. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. • Relevant travel industry experience (1-2 years). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
