Pentravel, a division of Cullinan Holdings, a leading leisure, travel & tourism company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join their teams in Pretria. As a Pentravel Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and expert advice to travelers, creating bespoke travel itineraries, and booking all components of their trips. You'll also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong passion for travel and customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Providing exceptional service and expert advice to travelers, creating bespoke travel itineraries, and booking all components of their trips. • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the business. • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales performance. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients. • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times. Requirements: • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. • Relevant travel industry experience (1-2 years). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong passion for travel and customer service. • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
