Pentravel, a division of Cullinan Holdings, a leading leisure, travel & tourism company, is seeking a dynamic sales and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join their teams in Johannesburg. As a Pentravel Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and expert advice to travelers, creating bespoke travel itineraries, and booking all components of their trips. You'll also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for travel and customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and exceeded. • Creating bespoke travel itineraries that meet the unique requirements of each client. • Booking all components of trips, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities. • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the company. • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a travel-related field or a related industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong passion for travel and customer service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
