Pentravel Travel Consultant - Garden Route Mall

Pentravel, a division of Cullinan Holdings, a leading leisure, travel & tourism company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join their team in Port Elizabeth. As a Pentravel Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and expert advice to travelers, creating bespoke travel itineraries, and booking all components of their trips. You'll also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong passion for travel and customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Providing exceptional customer service to travelers, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. • Creating bespoke travel itineraries tailored to the traveler's preferences and budget. • Booking all components of the trip, including flights, accommodation, car rentals, and activities. • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the business. • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to travelers. Requirements: • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. • Relevant travel industry experience (1-2 years). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong passion for travel and customer service. • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
