Senior Pentester

Mobeta is an offensive cybersecurity company that combines human pentesters, AI agents, and the developer of Rigma (a continuous offensive security platform).

We perform one-off or continuous penetration tests on external surfaces and internal environments, with Rigma to track vulnerabilities, monitor their remediation, and re-verify fixes over time.

We are looking for a senior pentester to technically lead our pentest team.

Depending on the profile, this position may provide access to company capital through BSPCE (stock options).

Your missions

Pentest / Red Team Missions

• Conduct numerous pentests on various environments and applications: external, web, internal, Cloud, etc. (you will not be involved in organizational audits);

• Conduct and supervise our Red Team campaigns;

• Automate your attacks within our Rigma platform.

Pentest Team Management

• Supervise and develop the skills of the team's pentesters;

• Participate in the recruitment of pentesters to build a team aligned with our DNA.

Mobeta's Technical Outreach

• Oversee R&D topics for the pentest team (blog posts, tools, 0-day research);

• Represent Mobeta at conferences (talks).

Technical & AI Tooling

• Industrialization and automation of repetitive pentest phases;

• Active monitoring, knowledge capitalization;

• Maximum exploitation of AI;

• Collaborate closely with the product team and participate in developments to be integrated into Rigma.

The Pentest / Red Team Missions part is a priority and indispensable, it will represent, especially at the beginning, the majority of your working time.

The other tasks will be integrated as responsibilities increase.

Your skills

• Proven experience in pentest / Red Team;

• Proficiency in a scripting language and secure development principles;

• Ability to supervise and develop a team;

• Passionate about IT security and pentesting (challenges, CTFs, etc.);

• Intensive use of AI for practical applications, particularly in pentesting;

• Sense of organization and rigor, with strong analytical and writing skills;

• Ability to learn quickly;

• Comfortable speaking and ability to clearly present technical subjects;

• Humble and reliable;

• Partial or full physical presence at our Paris offices.

• Offensive security certifications (OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, CRTE, HTB prolabs, etc.);

• Public contributions to the ecosystem: technical blog, open-source tools, etc.
