The main purpose of this role is to ensure the continuous evaluation and improvement of security by identifying vulnerabilities and collaborating with development and operations teams to implement security solutions. Responsibilities:

Executing penetration tests on web applications, infrastructure, and internal/external networks.
Identifying vulnerabilities and exploiting them in controlled environments.
Preparing detailed reports with recommendations for remediation.
Collaborating with development and operations teams to implement security solutions.
Participating in simulated attacks (Red Team) and security evaluations.
Maintaining and updating knowledge about the latest vulnerabilities and attack techniques.
Participating in release processes and on-call activities associated with release processes;
Participating in internal and external security audits;

We are looking for someone who has:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in penetration testing.
Solid knowledge about OWASP Top 10, networking, Windows/Linux systems.
Experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus.
Relevant certifications (OSCP, CEH, GPEN – represent an advantage).
Scripting abilities (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Knowledge of cloud security.
Excellent communication skills;
The ability to lead discussions about design, offer solutions to incidents that arise, and interact with team members and management;
The ability to solve problems, identify relevant information in a defect report;
The ability to communicate technical information, both in writing and verbally, in a way that is understandable to all parties (development, design, management);
A degree in computer science, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
