Pega Lead System Architect LSA

Due to dynamic growth and a large number of recruitment projects for our partners, we are currently looking for a person for the position of: Pega Lead System Architect Scope of responsibilities: Ensuring the scalability and high performance of Pega applications through appropriate architecture design. Creating and implementing complex business processes (workflows), decision logic, and integrations with external systems. Identifying, creating, and maintaining common components. Diagnosing problems, testing, and maintaining the main product and databases to ensure optimization and reliable operation. Providing architectural and design guidelines to project execution teams. Collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and the QA team. Supporting the team by transferring knowledge and guidelines regarding the use of the latest Pega tools and environments. Assisting in defining the scope and estimating Pega functionalities. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in creating solutions in Pega PRPC technology. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pega Lead System Architect position. Project experience with the Pega Infinity platform. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certificate. Practical experience in configuring Pega Constellation (experience in the financial sector will be an additional asset). Experience in designing architecture for large Pega-based solutions. Experience in integrating enterprise-class systems with Pega solutions. Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Very good command of the English language. We offer: Private medical care.
