CHILD PSYCHIATRIST (F/H)

– FEHAP Convention – RTT – Organized duties
Under the responsibility of the medical director of the establishment h/f, you are responsible for taking care of your patients, developing and following up on their individualized care projects :
- Ensure admissions (after evaluation during a first consultation) and define the patient's individualized care project ;
- Ensure coordination with the multidisciplinary team that takes care of the patient (group debriefing and accompaniment, including psychologists) ;
- Realize medical follow-up of the patient during hospitalization ;
- Coordinate and pilot groups (according to the wishes of the practitioner) ;
- Accompany the patient's discharge and ensure coordination with city actors to facilitate follow-up ;
- Participate in institutional meetings (admission commission; team training; CME …) and cooperations with project partners
On-site accommodation possible according to convention conditions. Graduate of psychiatry and child psychiatry, you have acquired confirmed experience in a mental health establishment and multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for a doctor with qualification and registration at the Order or inscribable.
Special skills :
- Last practice recommendation in the field of child psychiatry
- Pilot, animate, communicate and motivate your team,
- Evaluate and develop the skills of your collaborators,
- Plan, organize and follow up on personalized care projects with adapted patient care,
- Manage priorities, work in a team, be a driving force.
