Pediatric Physical Therapist Position Highlights Department: Mayer Center - Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation Hours: Per Diem Shift: Flexible/Variable Position Summary: The Pediatric Physical Therapist provides comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans under medical prescription in accordance with Hospital regulation, State of Connecticut Practice Act and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state where the hospital is located.
