Payroll System Analyst

My Client is a large service based organisation here in Melbourne, who I have helped recruit for for the past 5 years. They have quickly built a reputation for having one of the most established HRIS teams in the market and have developed a SuccessFactors platform that covers a payroll of over 13,000 employees. We are recruiting for a Payroll System Analyst at the moment to come in and support the hypercare activities for their Employee Central Payroll (ECP) platform. This position will be heavily focused on supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of the ECP platform, ensuring that it continues to meet the needs of the business. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and systems, with experience in implementing and maintaining payroll solutions. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as being able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
