Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Comprehensive, independent, and self-responsible management of the service provider for payroll processing and preparation of a timely and accurate salary settlement.
• Implementation of all tax, social security, and labor law guidelines.
• Processing of special topics such as bonus accounting, special payments, premiums, and year-end work.
• Mentorship and consultation of employees, specialists, and executives on payroll-related, accounting, and personnel matters.
• Recording and control of sick leave certificates, as well as creating the necessary notifications/adjustments to the authorities.
• Participation in the coordination of all salary and wage accounts.
• Monthly processing of company pension plans.
• Prior preparation for statutory annual reports.
• Issuance of certificates for authorities.
• Communication with insurance companies, authorities, and government agencies.

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial vocational training.
• Qualifications as a payroll or financial bookkeeper are desirable.
• Multiple years of relevant work experience in the area of payroll processing and time management with SAP-HCM.
• In-depth user knowledge of MS-Office.
• Teamwork ability and absolute trustworthiness.
• Awareness of responsibility, as well as careful and independent working style.
• English language skills.
