60.000 - 70.000 € p.a. Tasks:

• You will independently perform the monthly payroll accounting for your accounting circle in SAP HCM and implement all statutory, collective bargaining agreement, and company regulations, including tax and social insurance law provisions.
• You will process entry, change, and exit scenarios yourself and maintain personal data reliably.

• In tax and social insurance law matters as well as in salary accounting and old-age provision, you will be the point of contact for employees and management.
• You will communicate around payroll accounting and certification with authorities, government agencies, social security organizations, and other external parties.
• You will actively shape the development of our HR processes, support digital solutions, and improve workflows continuously.
• You will check and maintain time budget data in close coordination with the time coordinators of the departmental units, taking into account company regulations.
• You will take over the processing of foreign assignments, including visa applications and social insurance law reporting procedures.

Profile:

• You have a completed commercial education, e.g. as a clerk for office management (m/w/d), and bring several years of experience in payroll accounting and time budgeting with you, ideally with SAP HCM.
• You have extensive knowledge of labor law and social insurance law that helps you to implement this securely in practice.
• You are familiar with the tariff regulations of the metal and electrical industries.
• You optimize your work processes independently using MS-Office skills.
• You have a self-reliant, structured working style and a confident demeanor as an employee.
• You create a positive work environment through your empathetic and open-minded approach and enjoy personnel work.
• Teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility round out your profile.
