Abacus HR Services GmbH, headquartered in Waiblingen, is a payroll service provider and software developer specializing in compensation calculation / HR. Our team of payroll specialists creates monthly payrolls for more than 300 clients. Our parent company, Abacus Research AG, is the market leader in Switzerland in the area of compensation calculation/HR. Together with our parent company, we work every day to optimize processes for compensation calculation in Germany within our ERP systems.

Tasks

• Performance of payroll and salary calculations for
  our clients, under compliance with all statutory and
  collective bargaining agreement requirements, including all pre- or post-processing activities
• Maintenance and administration of personnel and accounting data
• Performance of notification and certification procedures
• Communication with authorities, social insurance providers, and health insurance companies
• Preparation of certifications and evaluations

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications
• Knowledge in compensation calculationUser knowledge of a compensation calculation system such as SAP, P&I, DATEV, etc.
• Good knowledge in the area of income tax, social insurance, and adjacent legal fields
• Analytical skills, sense of responsibility, and precise work
• Service-orientedness
