Payroll Specialist / Lead Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

Our client is an economically very stable, internationally established industrial company with several locations in Germany and long-standing market presence. Due to the ongoing growth of our client's payroll department, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist / Lead Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) to support the team. The main tasks will be: * Processing of payroll data and preparation of payroll reports; * Coordination of payroll processes with other departments; * Support in the development of new payroll procedures and processes; * Maintenance of existing payroll systems and software; * Collaboration with the accounting department to ensure compliance with financial regulations; * Development of a comprehensive payroll strategy for our client's German locations. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics or a related field; * At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing and management; * Knowledge of labor law and social security regulations; * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; * Experience with payroll software (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is an advantage; * Strong analytical and organizational skills; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Ability to work independently and take initiative.
