Payroll Specialist (V/M/X)

Together with our Payroll Team, we manage the entire salary administration for 4500 employees. To strengthen our Payroll Team, Veolia is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist. As a Specialist, you are responsible for operational activities related to salary administration, in line with internal agreements and in accordance with social legislation within the various sectoral committees that Veolia is part of.

What are your most important tasks?

• You will be responsible for managing payroll independently within your scope.
• You will follow individual and collective aspects of salary administration in collaboration with colleagues within the Payroll department and HR Business Partners.
• You will track changes in relevant legislation and ensure practical implementation thereof.
• You will actively contribute to keeping our procedures up-to-date, but also initiate initiatives to make our processes more efficient, digital, and better.
• You will also handle specific files and topics for the entire scope.
• You will perform collective analyses and adjustments.
