Job description
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Wrocław (hybrid work - 2 days a week from the office).
The main tasks of this position will be:
- Paying salaries and preparing payrolls
- Preparing accounting and reporting documents in Paymaster
- Paying holidays, calculating absences
- Supporting civil law contracts
- Familiarity with the rules for hiring foreigners
- Collaboration with external institutions
- Preparing documentation for ZUS, GUS, US
- Timekeeping and payroll processing for employees
