Payroll Specialist - Temporary position

Please note that this is a temporary position with an estimated project duration of 6 months. We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with extensive experience managing payroll for large numbers of employees. The position is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of payroll cycles, legal compliance, audits, reporting, etc. Skills: Manage the full payroll cycle (calculation, stamping, payment, and reconciliation). Ensure compliance with tax obligations, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor regulations. Perform calculations and validations of payroll. Generate and deliver payroll reports. Maintain payroll records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll. Knowledge of Mexican labor law. Knowledge of social security laws (IMSS, INFONAVIT). Experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NominaPro). Advanced Excel skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Desired: Experience with international payroll. Certifications in payroll or related fields.
