As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of the hotel's payroll, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in payroll administration. You will be working closely with the hotel's finance team to ensure the smooth operation of the payroll process, and will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
