E-work S.p.A., filiale Roma Gare, selects for the public-owned company Sogesid S.p.A. 2 Payroll specialists for temporary employment. a) General requirements: · be in possession of Italian citizenship or one of the member states of the European Union or without Italian or European citizenship but in compliance with current regulations on residence in the Italian territory; · enjoyment of civil and political rights; · age not less than 18 years; · physical fitness to perform the job; · knowledge of spoken and written Italian at a native language level or equivalent; · absence of definitive criminal convictions or state of interdiction, or measures imposed as a result of infringements on obligations arising from labor relationships, and any other sanction that entails the prohibition of contracting with the Public Administration. b) Essential requirements: • Diplomati/laureati • at least 3 years of professional experience in matters of wages and contributions c) Preferred Requirements/Objective Evaluation: • knowledge of labor law with particular reference to contributory and fiscal aspects of employment relationships; • knowledge of salary slips and all administrative, fiscal, and contributive tasks, both monthly and annually (e.g. Uniemens, F24, CU, 770, self-liquidation Inail, etc.); • knowledge of the Inaz suite; • processing of personnel costs and verification of accounting; • in-depth knowledge of common computer tools and autonomy in professional use of the Office package. Will also be evaluated: · Interest in teamwork and problem-solving skills; · Ability to plan and active listening propensity; · Flexibility, accuracy, and confidentiality. As for potential incompatibilities and situations, even potential, of conflict of interests, it is noted that participation in this selective procedure is not allowed if the holder has contractual relationships with Sogesid S.p.A., other than those on an indefinite basis. If, during the course of this selection process, the candidate were to be contracted with Sogesid as a result of participation and subsequent suitability in relation to another and previous selection process, the same cannot be admitted to conclude this procedure. Furthermore, before signing the contract, the Company will acquire a substitute declaration of notoriety (art. 47 DPR 445/2000 and s.m.i.) where the interested party: · indicates current assignments with public or private entities, even non-remunerative, and the performance of professional activities for the aforementioned entities; · communicates that it does not find itself (or finds itself) in situations, even potential, of conflict of interests related to the activities to be performed on behalf of Sogesid S.p.A. and also in matters of competence of the aforementioned Commission, guaranteeing otherwise abstention from the same; · commits to timely communicate any changes to these declarations. Contract applied CCNL: Gas Acqua INQUADRAMENTO: 5 level Duration contract: one year from the signing of the contract Working hours: 38 h weekly, from Monday to Thursday it is required a presence of 8 hours and 15 minutes, and Friday 5 hours and 30 minutes.
