We are looking for you to fill a position as „Payroll-Specialist / Sachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d)“.

Aufgaben

• As Payroll Specialist / Sachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d), you will take over the monthly salary calculation in SAP HR and ensure that all relevant processes are correctly processed.
• You will function as a competent point of contact for employees regarding questions about salary and benefits, social insurance, and income tax.
• You will maintain and update personnel data in the SAP system and ensure that all relevant information is always up-to-date and complete.
• You will also handle topics such as occupational pension, time management, and special themes like bike leasing or other additional services.
• You will support with year-end closing work, determine provisions, and actively contribute your expertise to digitalization and process optimization projects in the HR department.

Qualifikation

• You hold a qualification as a personnel clerk (m/w/d), tax consultant (m/w/d), industrial clerk (m/w/d), or office manager (m/w/d) with a focus on personnel or accounting, or a comparable qualification.
• You have in-depth knowledge of payroll processing and experience working with SAP HR, SAP HCM, or similar systems.
• If desired, you bring knowledge of social security law, income tax law, and occupational pension law.
• You work structured, reliably, and discreetly, possess a high affinity for numbers, and have a well-developed sense of responsibility.
• You are proficient in German.
