Payroll Specialist / Sachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d)

The Johannesbad Holding holds all specialist departments of the Johannesbad Group in Ruhstorf a. d. Rott and understands itself as a service provider for the locations of the Johannesbad Group. Besides the board members, around 70 employees work in the central administration, which is located near the source of the Johannesbath in Bad Füssing.

You can expect a responsible payroll position from us, where independent working and reliable cooperation are self-evident. You will work with clear structures, fixed contact partners, and in a team that values mutual support and respectful interaction.

Tasks

• You will conduct the monthly payroll processing with SAGE HR independently, structured, and reliably - based on clear processes and reliable workflows.
• You are the fixed contact person for employees and management staff and ensure clarity in questions relevant to remuneration.
• You manage several clients and ensure a correct, timely settlement.
• You communicate with health insurance companies, social security organizations, and authorities.
• You bring your experience into the further development and harmonization of our HR processes.

Qualification

• A training in a fiscal or personnel economic field is helpful - what matters most to us is your practical experience in independent payroll processing.
• You have security in labor law and social insurance law.
• You work structured, carefully, and reliably.
• You enjoy cooperation and communication.
• You are familiar with the common MS-Office applications.
