Our customer is focused on developing and manufacturing special products. These products are mainly used in industrial applications, particularly in areas that require high demands on material protection and safety. Additionally, the company is committed to developing advanced material solutions tailored to specific customer needs. Your competencies include producing coated materials that are used in various industries.

Aufgaben

Your tasks – guaranteed variety:

  • You will take over the complete salary calculation – reliably, correctly, and taking into account all tax, social security, and labor law regulations.
  • Maintenance of personnel and time data in SAP R/3 HR is part of your daily business.
  • You are the point of contact for our employees, management staff, health insurance companies, and authorities.
  • You create certificates, notifications, and documents and maintain digital personnel records.
  • You work closely with external service providers.
  • You bring in your own ideas to optimize HR processes, actively support projects, and handle the daily business of personnel administration.

Qualifikation

Your profile – what you bring:

  • A completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a further education to personalfachkauffrau/fachmann.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in salary and remuneration calculation.
  • Fundamental knowledge of salary calculation programs and good SAP R/3 HR knowledge.
  • Very good knowledge of German tax, social security, and labor law.
  • Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
  • A structured, self-reliant, and meticulous working style.
  • Communication strength, team spirit, and a high level of empathy.
  • Passion for HR topics and solution-oriented thinking.
