Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

Payroll specialist responsible for processing monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees, as well as capturing all personnel and movement data. Also responsible for processing reports and evaluations for management, authorities, and audits. Acts as a point of contact for all employees regarding salary and social security matters, as well as company pension plans. Assists in the implementation of new accounting software. Requirements: Completed degree in business administration with focus on human resources or equivalent experience; current knowledge of tax, social insurance, and labor law; proficiency in payroll processing; independent, precise, and result-oriented work style; good knowledge of MS Office programs, preferably DATEV.
