We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with a focus on remuneration!
Flexible working hours possible
38 hours/week
2 days of work from home
Full-time / part-time
In Amberg

Your tasks: Coordination of monthly payroll accounting with our external accounting service provider
Internal point of contact for questions about payroll accounting and time management
Balancing monthly/yearly provisions
Data maintenance in SAP and the time management system
Preparation of the monthly personnel report
Creation and maintenance of personnel files
Care and administration of occupational pension provision
Conducting annual notifications (e.g. BG, disability notification, BAV)
General HR support
Leave coverage for time management
Your qualifications: Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field
Succesfully completed training as a payroll specialist desired
Relevant work experience
Good knowledge of labor law and social security law
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
Social and communicative competence
Precise and independent working style
High affinity for numbers and IT
Teamwork and organizational talent
English skills desirable
