Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

We're looking for you, for our location in Rostock or Hamburg, as Payroll-Specialist (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

Your tasks with us

• Self-contained performance of the monthly salary and overtime calculations
• Maintenance and administration of personnel records and related files
• Processing of entries, exits, and changes in employment relationships
• Contact person for employees on all payroll-related questions
• Communication with tax authorities, social security agencies, and government agencies
• Preparation of certificates, reports, and evaluations
• Ensuring compliance with statutory, tariff, and company regulations
• Support during annual closing and audits

Qualifikation

You bring this with you

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the field of payroll accounting
• Multiple years of experience in the area of payroll/entitlement accounting
• In-depth knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
• Familiarity with common accounting systems and MS Office
• Structured, meticulous, and discreet working style
• High service orientation and communication skills
• Teamwork and sense of responsibility
