The headquarters are located in Alzenau near Frankfurt, with a branch office in Obernburg. In addition, there are subsidiaries in Athens, Greece and Petaluma, USA.

Tasks

• Setup and implementation of innovative payroll systems, as well as modernization of existing process landscapes.
• Execution of monthly payroll processes using innovative tools like HiBob and Papaya Global.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Optimization and automation of payroll processes.
• Counseling and advising our employees on payroll-related matters.

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in payroll accounting.
• Knowledge of modern tools like HiBob and Papaya Global.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Passion for innovations and trends in payroll.
