Payroll Specialist / Accounting Supervisor 60% - 100% (m/f/d)

Human Resources

• Key role in the payroll process as well as in the design of processes and structures in a small HR team
• Independent management of entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Processing of employment contracts, permits, and registrations/deregistrations with authorities and social insurances
• Salary administration including payroll processing, changes, withholding tax, family allowances, and sickness and accident benefits
• First point of contact in the hotel for our employees regarding administrative questions

Finance & Administration

• Support with administrative tasks in accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Control and reconciliation of daily cash and daily closing reports
• General administrative activities in finance and accounting
