Adecco We are looking for a Payroll Specialist M/F Responsibilities Processing salaries from A to Z and managing taxes at source. Data entry and control of HR and salary data in computer systems. Personnel administration: entries/ exits, absences, social security. Participation in internal/external audits and HR projects. Counseling employees on salary and regulatory aspects. Profile CFC commercial or equivalent, min. 4 years of experience in payroll management and HR. Mastery of HR tools and time management. Knowledge of labor law and Swiss social security regime. Good skills in French, English, and/or German are an asset. Rigor, autonomy, and team spirit.
